Biomaster provides the perfect finish

The latest addition to their range of products is an effective antimicrobial coating for commercial areas – and for homeowners looking for a more hygienic finish.

Bio-Guard is an innovative antimicrobial polyurethane coating system mainly designed for use in high traffic public areas where hygiene is a priority, for example  hospitals, hotels, schools, cinemas and shopping malls.

Available in a range of gloss types and a wide range of colours, Bio-Guard coatings reduce the threat of bacterial cross-contamination  when it is applied to doors, reception counters, handrails, wall panels – in fact any surface that could pose a threat of cross-contamination.

The key ingredient is Biomaster technology. When Biomaster is added to a product it prevents bacteria from multiplying on its surface. Bacteria landing on a Biomaster protected surface is unable to replicate itself and therefore dies.

Biomaster is added during the manufacturing process to become an integral part of the coating, giving permanent, round the clock protection against bacterial build-up from harmful pathogens such as MRSA, E-Coli and Legionella.
