Biomaster showcased at SOFHT Summer Soirée

‘Love Food, Hate Waste’ was the theme of the lecture from Helen Munday, Chief Scientific Officer of the Food & Drink Federation tat this year’s annual Society of Food Hygiene and Technology (SOFHT) ‘Summer Soirée’ at Coombe Abbey, Warwickshire.

Attended by Addmaster (UK) for the second year, the Soirée was an afternoon and evening conference and exhibition, giving food industry colleagues the opportunity to network, hear insights from industry experts and find out about new products and services.

The main lecture focused on how, despite the abundance of food available, we need to face some of the uncomfortable truths about the sustainability of food and packaging waste.

The Addmaster stand, manned by Sales Director Dr. Sandrine Garnier, showcased how Biomaster antimicrobial technology can offer a technically advanced, safe, effective and minimal-cost tool in the fight against food poisoning.
