The ETI Thermapen team was in Birmingham last week for the Summer BBC Good Food Show exhibiting the company’s range of Biomaster protected digital thermometers.
The proudly British Thermapen® offers a combination of speed, accuracy and convenience of use for professionals and home kitchen chefs. It is the UK’s number one selling food thermometer and takes the guesswork out of cooking meat, fish, bread, jam and even the simplest of cakes.
It was Thermapen’s third year at the show exhibiting alongside other popular brands, top chefs and artisan food stalls.
This year Richard Holden was back grilling in the Summer Kitchen. Richard is passionate about the versatility of BBQ as well as food sourcing and sustainability and is on a mission to teach us all to grill delicious barbecued food safely.
Biomaster can be incorporated into almost any product used in food preparation areas and kitchens, both domestic and commercial, to provide long lasting effectiveness against bacterial build-up.
The terchnology is incorporated during the manufacturing process, ensuring lifelong protection against the risk of bacterial cross contamination and reputational damage to brands, stores, food producers and restaurants.
Visit the Thermapen website for more details.
