If ever there was a place to test the antimicrobial abilities of Biomaster this is the one. The lads down at Rugeley rugby club now have no excuse to be dirty thanks to the latest refurbishment of their clubhouse shower rooms.
The rooms have been fitted out with NoTile™ Hygienic Panels, kindly donated by Composite Fibreglass Mouldings Ltd (CFM). The NoTile™ Hygienic Panels incorporate Biomaster Protection silver based antimicrobial additive from Addmaster (UK) Ltd. that protects the panels from the growth of bacteria and reduces the risk of cross-infection.
NoTile™ panels are an innovative product designed and manufactured by CFM as an alternative to ceramic tiles. Made from glass reinforced polyester the panels have a grout line incorporated as an integral part, however unlike traditional ceramic tiles they are very quick and easy to fit with no “real” grout to harbour bacteria or mould.
With the addition of Biomaster Protection these panels are ideal for use in healthcare, catering, education, leisure facilities and even domestic applications.
David Beardsworth, Managing Director of CFM comments “Having seen the previous state of the lads shower rooms it was a pleasure to donate our NoTile™ Hygienic Panels! However the lads did scrub up well on their recent trip to No.10 I’m told.”
*Please note that Addmaster was acquired by the Polygiene Group AB in January 2021, so all news articles prior to that date will still be branded as Addmaster.
