With the increasing focus on stopping cross-infection from harmful bacteria, the Flint Group has developed an active antimicrobial coating, incorporating Biomaster silver based additives, suitable for application to most substrates using all major printing methods.
Proven in hospital real time studies and supported by full independent laboratory data, the Biomaster technology works via the release of silver ions on demand which safely inhibit bacteria growth.
Paul Morris, Managing Director of Addmaster which markets the Biomaster range says “We are delighted to have such a prestigious, worldwide company such as the Flint Group representing the Biomaster brand in their new range of antimicrobial coatings. Flint work with many or the world’s largest companies and this is a tremendous opportunity to spread the benefits or our antimicrobial technology.”
Biomaster has been used worldwide to combat cross-infection in many different paint, paper, plastic and textile applications.
*Please note that Addmaster was acquired by the Polygiene Group AB in January 2021, so all news articles prior to that date will still be branded as Addmaster.
