Food Safety Management in the Global Supply Chain

The conference provides an excellent opportunity for those working in the food industry to keep up to date on key issues affecting food safety management in the global supply chain. It is particularly relevant to people working in manufacturing, retail, catering, food training, environmental health, HACCP and enforcement.

Although our food supply has probably never been safer, food safety continues to be a key public health challenge in the 21st century.
