As new consumer trends on fabric protection emerge, DIESEL is proud to announce the introduction of an ultra-innovative denim treatment that physically halts 99% of any viral activity. Developed in partnership with Swedish firm Polygiene, the innovative ViralOff® application - of which DIESEL retains a 100% exclusive on denim - will be implemented across a selection of the brand’s Spring/Summer 2021 denim styles, aiming at a greater range of products moving forward.
Diesel Sports is working with Polygiene from SS21 with Stays Fresh for the majority of their collection, and for some products also with ViralOff. Diesel Jeans have signed a contract with us to work on ViralOff in unique combination with Odor Crunch for SS21 exclusively in several collections. The initial cooperation is for a minimum of five collections.
The application for the ViralOff® antiviral technology will range from medical equipment and wear, like scrubs and uniforms to consumer products where antiviral properties make sense, like face masks, gloves and other crucial products. The new product will be available immediately in most markets.*
